| General Information: Epinephrine is typically utilized to relieve respiratory distress due to bronchospasm to provide rapid relief of hypersensitivity reactions to drugs and other allergens, as a hemostatic agent to prolong the action of anesthetics, and to restore cardiac rhythm in cardiac arrest due to various causes as dictated in the package insert.
